At the inspiration (instigation?) of one of the readers of this pile of rant, I finally got rid of the pop-up for comments (it really sucked, it was too small, and I hate, hate, hate pop-ups.)
I'm sure there's still other stuff in the slowly morphing defaults that are just as irritating, but this one had ticked me off for a while, but I never got the sacred round tuit before now. Thanks Katie for the nudge.
I still hate pop-ups, even if this stupid software is riddled with them. It beats the tons of time writing my own blog stuff.
